Yes. Our storm damage team has extensive experience navigating homeowner insurance claims. We document damage with drone photography, attend adjuster meetings, and submit scope-of-work packages on your behalf. We do not charge for this assistance.

Our certified inspectors assess all surface materials, flashing condition, ventilation, gutters, fascia, and visible decking. You receive a written report with photos documenting current condition, any existing or developing issues, and an estimated remaining life expectancy. No upsell, no obligation.

If any failure can be attributed to our installation workmanship within 25 years, we repair or replace the affected area at no cost to you. This is backed by a written document at project close. We have never walked away from a warranty claim in 18 years of operation.

In most cases, yes. Our slate specialist has sourced matching materials from Vermont, Welsh, and Spanish quarries for historic restorations across Connecticut. For older clay tile, we work with specialty suppliers who stock reclaimed and NOS tile. We bring samples for your approval before any installation begins.
